Homemade Vegan Bounty Bars!
Here is another recipe for you, this time in english.
My homemade Bounty Bars.
They really are soo good, really easy to prepare
and totally vegan.
So here we go! :)
And the best thing you can make them as big as you like! :)
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 cup shredded coconut
100g vegan chocolate of your taste
(I like to mix white and rice milc or add some of the dark one)
1 Teaspoon Coconut oil
Mix all the above together in a bowl until combined.
Than lay a sheet of baking paper in a tray,
spread the mixture on the sheet and freezer for 1 hour.
Take out the tray, cut the mixture in squares or rectangular shapes and place aside.
Melt the chocolate and the oil in a separate pot over boiling water,
than simply put the bars in the chocolate and cover them completely.
Take them out and place for cooling back on the sheet.
If you like you can put them back in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes or just pop them in the fridge, that will do too.
When they are firm grab some if you like.
Really, so good, you will never want a store bought treat again! :)
